How it all started, Garry Conn reveals his true intentions.

Well Garry, I just have to say, you brought this on your self. Anyone who vistis Garry Conn’s blog at garryconn.com knows that he has a little competition going on with John Cow. Now I had just found Garry’s site last week and I found it to be very informative which makes this ugly situation all the more unfortunate. Now him and Cow both have it where you can subscribe and follow their case study of the competition or cowpetition. So I enrolled. I am a new blogger and figured I could learn a few tricks.

Where it starts to get fishy

After I enrolled I got my first email which said

The game is on!

Competition officially starts Monday. At that time I will reveal the
domain name I have chosen and you can witness me building it right
before you own eyes. It will actually be live during the
construction process.

First off, I want to announce that I know the identity of John Cow.
To keep things fair and not to rob him of his fame and glory, I did
agree to not say anything. I wouldn’t want to be robbed from an
opportunity like that, so I don’t wish it upon him.

I can tell you this… there is good stuff going to be happening
with John Cow dot Com. I really and honestly believe that. Having
that said, this is officially a competitive game and it’s a game I
am strongly playing to win. So that will be the one and only time
I give John Cow props and merit.

For now… let’s play Slaughter the Cow!

Today I need your help. Every class has assignments which are used
to build on the big picture at hand.

On my blog, I released a post today that allows people a huge
winning opportunity to show off their writing skills. All classmates
will win on this contest; however there is one classmate who will
come out looking like a king.

I need for each classmate to submit a 500 to 1000 word article

creatively offer some advice on how to prevent a family or an

some advice on how a family or individual should take action towards
getting out of credit card debt.

Pretty wordy, I know. Ok, Conn wants his students to provide him info for an ebook. Full disclosure, I have no problem with that. Nothing underhanded going on so far, he put everything out in the open. Cool.

I told him that I wasn’t interested in the topic. Lets face it, I am a grown man I don’t care for the topic, and that wasn’t something I wanted to make time for.

At this point when I read this I was really confused. MMM What? This egomaniac puts on his site if you want to follow the competition then sign up, and that what I did.
